DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD of The Rotary Club of Winchester
The Distinguished Service Award (DSA) is given by our club to a member for exceptional continuous service to the Rotary Club of Winchester. Recipients of the DSA would also receive a Paul Harris Fellow award (PHF). The Rotary Club of Winchester will send $2,000 to Rotary International, the first $1,000 in the name of the DSA recipient and should this individual, having already been a PHF honoree, Rotary International will recognize this new DSA recipient as a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow. The second $1,000 in the name of a previously designated DSA honoree and this recipient would become a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow.
